Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services

ZMN Rent a Car provides vehicle rental services for specified rental periods. Our platform may only be used for vehicle reservations, secure payments, account management, and customer support.

2. Account Management & Security

Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials confidential. ZMN Rent a Car is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of a user's account.

3. Age & Driving Licence Requirements

Drivers must be at least 24 years old and hold a valid driving licence for a minimum of 3 years. Reservations may be cancelled if these requirements are not met.

4. Reservation Process

A reservation becomes confirmed after vehicle selection, document verification, and payment approval. Missing or unreadable documents may delay or suspend the reservation process until completed.

5. Payment & Financial Security

Payments may be completed via Garanti BBVA Virtual POS, bank transfer, cash, or physical POS terminals. Online payments are protected using 3D Secure and TLS/SSL encryption technologies.

Refunds: Cash refunds are generally processed within 7 business days. Card refunds depend on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled vehicle pickup time. Refunds and deductions are evaluated according to the reservation type and company policy.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Providing false information or forged documents
• Copying, reselling, or manipulating the platform
• Attempting unauthorized access to servers, databases, or software
• Trying to obtain other users' confidential information

8. Limitation of Liability

ZMN Rent a Car shall not be held responsible for interruptions caused by internet outages, infrastructure failures, software maintenance, force majeure events, or inaccurate information provided by users.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software, databases, website designs, and content belong to ZMN Rent a Car and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC). The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Kyrenia shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Privacy

These Terms of Service should be read together with our Privacy Policy and form an integral part of our legal framework.

12. Updates

ZMN Rent a Car reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time in accordance with legal or operational requirements.
